PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a resin coated glass container excellent in adhesion of labels and further a frosted resin coated glass container excellent in recognizability of contents during an inspection process after bottling by uniformly fully hydrophilizing a surface of the glass container coated with a resin for improving wettability without requiring large-scale processing facilities.;SOLUTION: A hydrophilization agent blended with organosilicate or the like is applied to a surface of a resin coat which contains an acryl-based resin, an epoxy-based resin, a urethane-based resin or a silicone-based resin to hydrophilize the surface of the resin coated glass container.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
