PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-type multiwell plate capable of being used for transportation of microorganisms, animal cells, and DNA's.;SOLUTION: This thin-type multiwell plate comprises a multiwell plate formed of a laminate of a sheet, wherein the laminate has a plurality of voids in each of which water-absorbing materials are contained. The water-absorbing materials retain each a microorganism-containing solution, a DNA specimen-containing solution, or the like, so that many microorganism specimens, and the like, are simply and safely transported. Because the plate is especially formed of the laminate of the sheet, the plate is formed into an ultrathin-type multiwell plate, and therefore the transportation is extremely easily conducted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
