PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic fertilizer-containing compound fertilizer in which the mineralization of a nitrogen component contained in an organic fertilizer is accelerated compared to that in the single use of the organic fertilizer in the application of soil. PSOLUTION: The compound fertilizer comprises a particle A containing a hardly water-soluble phosphate fertilizer and a urea-aliphatic aldehyde condensation product and a particle B containing a vegetable-containing organic fertilizer and the difference of the mineralization expressed by the following relation is 10 wt.%. The relation is that (the difference of the mineralization (wt.%))=(the 60 day mineralization of the nitrogen component in the organic fertilizer contained in the particle B in the application of the compound fertilizer comprising the particle A and the particle B)-(the 60 day mineralization of the nitrogen component in the organic fertilizer contained in the particle B in the single application of the particle B).
