PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a micro-channel structure body at low cost in a short time in a method of manufacturing the micro-channel structure body.;SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the micro-channel structure body having a fine flow passage in which a fluid flows, the fine flow passage is formed by a press step for molding a corrugated plate member 2 by press-working the plate-like member to a corrugated shape; a pressing step for pressing the corrugated plate member 2 from a recession/projection arrangement direction; and an arrangement step for storing/arranging the corrugated plate member 2 in a storage part formed on an outer peripheral wall member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
