PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service quality management apparatus for preventing deterioration in the quality of a communication service provided on a network while effectively utilizing network resources.;SOLUTION: The service quality management apparatus for managing the quality of communication services provided in a network to be managed includes: an information acquisition means for acquiring service information including information associated with each session of the communication services and network configuration information; an information generating means for respectively generating a traffic amount of each session; a path determining means respectively determining a packet path of each session on the basis of each information; a calculation means for respectively calculating the traffic amount and a load of each session on the basis of the traffic amount of each session and the packet path of each session; and a quality discrimination means for respectively discriminating service qualities attained in each session on the basis of the calculated load of each link.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
