PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently monitor a network, to monitor a terminal which is illegally brought in and connected to the network, and to restrict use of the illegally connected terminal.;SOLUTION: This network supervising system has: terminals 120, 121 connected to the network; and a network supervising server 111 which is connected to the network, transmits a packet for acquiring MAC addresses according to IP addresses of the terminals in the network, acquires the MAC addresses of the terminals by responses from the terminals according to the packet, checks whether or not the MAC addresses are registered in the network, and when the MAC addresses are not registered, performs broadcast which identifies itself as the IP addresses of the terminals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
