PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus having better sensitivity, a bio-polymer analyzing chip, a development analyzing method of a gene and an antigen detection method. PSOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a photoelectric conversion element 20, the electrode 33 provided on the light detection surface side of the photoelectric conversion element 20 and the well 52, which is provided on the side opposite to the photoelectric conversion element 20 with respect to the electrode 33 and in which a solution is injected. The concentration of a chemiluminescent substrate 81 in the vicinity of the light detection surface of the photoelectric conversion element 20 can be enhanced by attracting the charged chemiluminescent substrate 81 in the well 52 by the electrode 33 and more phosphors 82 in an excited state are formed by increasing a reaction speed to efficiently capture the lights emitted from the phosphors 82 in an excited state by the photoelectric conversion element 20.
