PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector and an electrode which enables large capacity, without damaging a light-weight propery of a lithium ion secondary cell. SOLUTION: A honeycomb-structure collector 10 for an electrode lithium ion secondary cell formed by coating a titanium nitride film 15 to a partition surface of a cell 12, including a outer surface of a carbonaceous honeycomb structure 11, an active material 21 for a positive electrode or a negative electrode being charged in the cell.
