PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical institution information for proper treatment according to a patient's case when introducing a patient to a different medical institution. PSOLUTION: Introduction letter data sent and received among medical institutions are accumulated in an introduction letter database, the accumulated data are analyzed, and evaluation points are given to respective medical institutions according to the number of introduction. Further, a specific patient's introduction history is checked, and when a patient introduced to a medical institution is reintroduced by the medical institution to the other medical institution for the same introduction reason, the evaluation point for the reintroducing medical institution is lowered. Medical institution information with a higher evaluation point is given higher priority when provided to a doctor, thereby allowing the doctor to properly select the medical institution for the patient to be introduced.
