PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel inner surface protecting/reinforcing segment capable of efficiently reinforcing and constructing a tunnel inner surface, a tunnel inner surface protecting/reinforcing structure and a construction method of a protecting/reinforcing structure using the segment. PSOLUTION: This tunnel inner surface protecting/reinforcing segment is arranged in zigzag arrangement along the tunnel inner surface. The tunnel inner surface protecting/reinforcing segment 1A is arranged so that a female type shear key in a second segment combined with a first segment arranged so that a male type shear key overhangs in the tunnel axis direction from a segment reverse surface, that is, the second segment engaging with the male type shear key being an inter-ring joint of the first segment, is stored in a reverse surface of the second segment so as not to overhang to the opposed first segment reverse surface. The tunnel inner surface protecting/reinforcing structure is formed by interposing the segment 1A having the female type shear key 6 in a connecting part of mutual circular arc-shaped arch parts, and is constructed by continuing the circular arc-shaped arch parts in the tunnel axis direction.
