PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new single site palladium catalyst complex that exhibits a catalytic activity facilitating a polymerization reaction and/or Heck coupling reaction.;SOLUTION: A catalyst structure is provided which contains mainly a single palladium metal and a substituted tri-arylphosphine ligand. Particularly, preferable is a group selected from -SO₃ and -SO₂NR₂ as a substitute which is coupled to aryl group. A method for manufacturing and a method of using the catalyst structure are provided which enable easy execution of the polymerization reaction and the Heck coupling reaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
