PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge scraping device capable of easily adjusting an amount of sucking corresponding to the amount of scum on the surface of the water.;SOLUTION: A scraping stand 10 for supporting a plurality of flights 30 for scraping up the sludge deposited on the bottom part 2b of a tank 2 and a scum pipe 54 for sucking the scum floated to the surface 3 of the water of the water to be treated housed in the tank 2 are cooperatively operated by a power conversion mechanism to drive the scum pipe 54 efficiently without introducing a power supply for only revolving the scum pipe 54 by utilizing the reciprocating operation of the scraping stand 10 for moving the flights 30.
