PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectronic integrated device which includes a semiconductor device, easily controls light, has excellent response characteristics and is miniaturized.;SOLUTION: The device has a single or a plurality of shape memory alloys each of which has a circular cross section and a shape extending in the axial direction thereof and is elongated and contracted according to the variation in temperature, a single or a plurality of optical waveguide members each of which is made of a light-transmissive material, has a circular cross section and a shape extending in the axial direction thereof and has a refractive index varying in the radial direction in the cross section so that an optical beam propagates along the axis, and the optical beam is controlled by the combination of the shape memory alloys and the optical waveguide members.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
