摘要

Organic light emitting diodes (OLED) have advantages to the applications not only to the fields such as display hut also various light sources, because OLED have the characteristics of compact thin film, light-weight and high-emission-intensity. As regard to fabricate optical integrated circuit with polymer waveguide using PMMA as the material of core, in the range of the wavelength of more than 550nm, the propagation loss is relatively low. In this report, we examine the light emitting characteristics and the response characteristics of the devices with doped emissive layer, which have relatively high EL intensity, and have relatively low propagation loss in polymer waveguide in yellow emitting EL devices.
