PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more user-friendly mascara applicator than conventional applicators capable of control adhesion of a mascara solution and curling up degree.;SOLUTION: A mascara applicator composed of a radially attached bristles of brush in an arc form on a core section to hold the brush on a shaft and further having thinner fiber piles than those of the bristles of brush on the tip of brush. The cosmetic method is composed of processes of (1) dipping the mascara applicator in a mascara solution and spread the mascara solution attached inside of the arc of brush, (2) curling whole eyelash in upward direction using the outer arc of the brush of the mascara applicator and (3) adjusting the spread condition of the mascara solution on the eyelash and curled condition of the eyelash with a hair transplanted part of the mascara applicator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
