PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preventing the corrosion of screw portions of a bolt and a nut to which sufficient-thickness coatings of saturated polyester cannot be applied, and to provide a tool for giving no damage to the coatings of saturated polyester on other portions than the screw portions of the bolt and the nut when using the method.;SOLUTION: The bolt-nut corrosion and looseness preventing method comprises a step of using the bolt for which 100 μm or less and 200 μm or more coatings of saturated polyester are applied to the screw portion and to other portions, respectively, and the nut for which 200 μm or more coatings of saturated polyester are applied to other portions than the screw portion, and applying reactive hardening paint to the screw portion of the bolt, a step of fastening the bolt to the nut, and a step of solidifying the reactive hardening paint.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
