PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a texture superimposing apparatus and an answer extract apparatus for automatically particularizing describer users of collected questionnaire sheets and capable of particularizing at least the describer users of the questionnaire sheets even on occurrence of dirt and wrinkles on the questionnaire sheets. PSOLUTION: The texture superimposing apparatus is characterized in to include: a position conversion section 106 for converting positional information of answer columns of the questionnaire sheet into a texture; a positional information superimposing section 108 for superimposing the texture of the positional information on the questionnaire sheet; a particular conversion section 110 for converting particularizing information capable of uniquely particularizing the sheet into the texture having higher tolerability to an error than the texture of the positional information; a particular information superimposing section 112 for furthermore superimposing the texture of the particular information on the sheet on which the positional information is superimposed; and a questionnaire sheet output section 114 for outputting the questionnaire sheet on which the texture of the particular information is superimposed.
