PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service providing systems 70 and 170, a service providing device, a service providing program, a service providing method, an air conditioner, and an equipment controller which, when a service provider cannot complete the contents of service by such a reason that a service user changes the set values of equipment 61, 62, 63, 161, 162, and 163 used for service, can objectively treat the damage of the service user produced by the incompletion of the contents of the service by the service user and the service provider. PSOLUTION: These service providing systems 70 and 170 comprise an objective amount measuring means, equipment related data acquisition means 5 and 105, and non-fault ratio calculation means 10 and 110. The objective amount measuring means measures an objective amount. The equipment related data acquisition means 5 and 105 acquire data on the equipment 61, 62, 63, 161, 162, and 163. The non-fault ratio calculation means 10 and 110 calculate the non-fault ratio of the service provider or the service user by utilizing the objective amount and the data on the equipment 61, 62, 63, 161, 162, and 163.
