PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for recommending services to help a user select services after taking action.;SOLUTION: A user action acquiring part 206 of a service recommendation server 100 acquires from a device knowledge DB 105 the user's action during communications between a real-world device 102 and a mobile terminal 101, and a related task acquiring part 204 acquires related tasks created in association with the user's action from a task knowledge DB 103 as task candidates.
