PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express large quantities of contents by display/operation in consideration of changes over time in information of contents to find and utilize required contents among them.;SOLUTION: A content parameter which corresponds to a content ID and time information acquired from a content information DB and includes any or all of: an access frequency; an update frequency; the number of comments; and a track back frequency, and a time weight function acquired on the basis of an input display target time, degrees of influence, the content parameters, and the time information are used to calculate degrees of prosperity which include sizes of contents at the display target time, amount of movement, and movement frequencies and relate to graphic display of contents, for each content ID, and values of drawing parameters of respective contents corresponding to an internal time of a drawing device are calculated on the basis of the degrees of prosperity and are output to the drawing device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
