PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the estimation of a tire performance which is actually used through a field such as soil. PSOLUTION: After performing an actual field measurement (a step 300), a relationship of the void ratio, the pressure, and the shear strength of a field is function-approximated by a polynomial (302), and the field is modeled from the function expression, and a tire model is manifolded (304). The shear strength to a stress for each element of the field model is calculated by the function expression (306), and a shear stress distribution which acts on the tire model is calculated (308).
