PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch to a path capable of transmitting information at a high speed when a fault occurs in a network for performing communication using a global label.;SOLUTION: In the network system 1, an active path P1 for transmitting the information from the edge node A (10) to the edge node E (10) at normal time is set, a bypass path P2 for transmitting the information from the edge node A (10) to the edge node E (10) through the core nodes B', C' and D' (30) on the bypass path which are the core nodes different from any of the core nodes B, C and D (20) on the active paths is set, and bypass paths L1, L2 and L3 for transferring the information from all or a part of the core nodes 20 on the active path to the core nodes B', C' and D' (30) on the bypass path are set.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
