PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road traffic simulation device and program for easily performing function verification or control effect evaluation of a traffic light machine in keeping with the reality.;SOLUTION: An information processing terminal 1 is connected to a target traffic signal controller S1, S2, ..., Sn through a connection device 2. The information processing terminal 1 includes: a control part 11, a storage part 12 which sets and stores road network information, intersection information, traffic volume information, traffic light machine information and sensor information; a road traffic simulation part 111 which performs traffic signal simulation processing based on the information stored in the storage part 12 and traffic signal display information; and an evaluation data arithmetic part 113 which calculates, based on the traffic signal simulation processing, signal control evaluation data that is signal control evaluation data showing the function verification and control effect of the target traffic signal controller.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
