PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gapped transformer preventing the lowering of power transmission efficiency due to leakage flux generated by a gap between primary and secondary cores and being capable of transmitting power fed to primary winding to the secondary winding side through the gap, a non-contact power transmitting equipment transmitting power to the load side in a non-contact manner by using the transformer and an X-ray CT device capable of supplying the X-ray tube side with power in the non-contact manner from a power supply by using the power transmitting equipment. SOLUTION: The primary winding 21 is wound on the primary-side core 11, the secondary- side core 12 is arranged while being opposed to the primary-side core 11 through the gap, the secondary winding 22 is wound on the secondary-side core 12, and copper plates (conductor layers) 31-34 are installed in parallel with the flux traveling direction of the core 11 and the core 12, thus constituting the gapped transformer. The non-contact power transmitting equipment capable of supplying load connected to the winding 22 with the power of an AC voltage source in the non-contact manner by connecting the AC voltage source to the primary winding 21 of the transformer is manufactured. The non-contact power transmitting equipment is mounted on a scanner rotary section for the X-ray CT device, and the X-ray tube side can be supplied with power in the non-contact manner from the power supply.
