PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating device equipped with an exhaust heat utilization device which can exert sufficient performance and improve reliability by preventing bias of a refrigerant or lubricating oil, in a refrigerating device where a condenser is shared by a refrigeration cycle and a Rankine cycle. PSOLUTION: This refrigerating device equipped with an exhaust heat utilization device having a refrigeration cycle 200 and a Rankine cycle 300 sharing the condenser 220 in the refrigeration cycle 200. The refrigerating device is provided with flow control means 340, 341, 350, 351 and 500 for controlling the flow of the refrigerant to allow the refrigerant in the other side of the cycles 300 and 200 to flow when only one of the cycles 200 and 300 out of the refrigeration cycle 200 and the Rankine cycle 300 is operated.
