PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily test flow force vibration in a natural circulation type boiling water reactor. PSOLUTION: A method is constituted such that, in the natural circulation type boiling water reactor, a shroud 31 is arranged in a reactor vessel 1, nuclear fuel is loaded into the shroud 31, and coolant is naturally circulated inside and outside the shroud 31 by boiling by the heat generation of the nuclear fuel. An air injecting tool 14 is temporarily disposed at a loading position of the nuclear fuel or in the reactor vessel 1 under this position, the coolant is reserved inside and outside the shroud 31 in the reactor vessel 1, and the coolant is circulated inside and outside the shroud 13 by feeding air from the outside of the reactor vessel 1 to the air injecting tool 14.
