How sterilization of the mouth with pouch, sterilization systems and aseptic filling system

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing method suitable for the aseptic filling for a pouch having a plug.;SOLUTION: The pouch 1 is sterilized by introducing steam into a pressure- proof vessel 15 accommodating a plurality of the pouches 1 having the opened plug. The steam in the pressure-proof vessel 15 is discharged, and evacuated to dry the pouches 1. After the pouches are dried, the pressure-proof vessel 15 is filled with the aseptic air, and the pouches 1 are transferred from the pressure-proof vessel 15 to the aseptic chamber 11 to fill the content thereof.
