PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating globefish ovaries enabling detoxication of globefish ovary poison: and to provide globefish ovaries treated by the method. PSOLUTION: The method for treating globefish ovaries comprises a process of pickling globefish ovaries with salt, and a process of soaking the salt-pickled globefish ovaries in soaking material together with fish so as to ferment them.
