PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative film which is excellent in curved surface followability during the application of the film, can scarcely be suspended from an adherend after the application, and is excellent in chemical resistance of the surface of a film protective layer, weatherability, and gloss keeping properties and high in adhesion between a base layer and the protective layer constituting the film and a decorative sheet.;SOLUTION: The decorative film has the base layer which has a coloring material receiving surface and contains an amorphous polyester resin and an acrylic resin, a transparent adhesive layer which is arranged/fixed on/to the surface side of the base layer and contains an acrylic-fluororesin containing an acrylic resin as a main component, and the transparent protective layer which is laminated on the surface of the transparent adhesive layer and contains an acrylic-fluororesin containing a fluororesin as a main component.
