PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately allocate respective tasks to a plurality of machines in a work constituted of a plurality of tasks. SOLUTION: This method comprises a first stage (S2) for allocating a task to a machine, a second stage (S3) for setting the order of the execution of tasks, a third stage (S4) for preparing an initial task procedure by which the execution way of the tasks is defined, a fourth stage (S5) for preparing the first prescribed task procedures, a fifth stage (S6) for evaluating a working time for each task procedure pattern, a sixth stage (S7) for extracting the second prescribed tasks of the first prescribed task procedure pattern, a seventh stage (S9b) for preparing a new task procedure pattern due to mutation, an eight stage (S9a) for preparing a new task procedure pattern due to change, a ninth stage (S10) for evaluating a working time for each task procedure pattern prepared by the seventh and eight stage, and a tenth stage (S11) for allocating the task procedure patterns fulfilling a prescribed standard to the respective machines as the result of the evaluation of the working time and for returning to the sixth stage (S7) when the working time of any task procedure pattern does not fulfill the prescribed standard.
