PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform address calculation at high speed by reducing processing necessary for an exception check for detecting the occurrence of address calculation exception. PSOLUTION: A program control part performs address calculation after converting an address of an emulation object architecture to an address in which a C bit of one bit is arranged between an upper address and a lower address, and determines whether the address after address calculation is entered in TLB or not. When the address after address calculation is not entered in TLB, the process is transferred to a TLB fault handler, in which a TLB control part detects, based on the value of the C bit, whether carry-down from an upper address or carry-up to an upper address has occurred in the address calculation or not. If carry-up or carry-down has occurred, the process is transferred to an address calculation exception processing routine, and if not occurred, TLB registration is performed for the address after address calculation.
