PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment method, a micro-nano bubble microorganism activating unit and a water treatment apparatus, wherein the efficiency of microorganism treatment of water of which the quality should be improved can be remarkably improved. PSOLUTION: The micro-nano bubble microorganism activating unit 5 is provided with: a microorganism tank 19 for storing microorganism-containing treated water; a micro-nano bubble generating tank 6 in which the treated water supplied from the microorganism tank 19 is treated by the micro-nano bubbles to activate microorganisms contained in the treated water; and an activated microorganism cultivating tank 15 into which the microorganisms activated in the micro nano-bubble generating tank 6 is supplied and in which the microorganisms are cultivated.
