PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically output music based on the human emotional condition, to surely make the selection of the music and to simplify a device. PSOLUTION: The device, that outputs music in accordance with human emotional condition, is provided with an acoustic information inputting means 21 which obtains voice uttered by a human or activity sound associated with the activities of the human and receives the sound as acoustic information, an acoustic feature vectors extracting means 22 which extracts the feature vectors related to the acoustic spectra of the acoustic information from the acoustic information, a condition decision means 23 which decides the human emotional condition related to the acoustic information based on a condition decision table 31, a music selecting means 24 which selects music based on a music selection table 32 and a music outputting means 25 which outputs music from music data 33.
