PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make risk evaluation by combining the fire phenomenon analysis with the probability theory for calculating the fire insurance premium of any building in accordance with the structure and risk of each building.;SOLUTION: A building fire risk evaluating device according to the invention is equipped with a database 2 in which the building fire environment information (data for evaluation of building fire) including the structure of building and its specifications and the information about the risk when a fire occurs in the building (data for evaluating the fire risk) are accommodated, a building fire evaluating module 31 making a time series analysis of the fire phenomenon extensionally burning after occurrence of a fire in the building on the basis of the building fire evaluating data accommodated in the database 2, and a fire risk evaluating module 32 to evaluate the risk of building fire by the probability theory on the basis of the obtained fire phenomenon through analysis and the fire risk evaluating data accommodated in the database 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
