PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately calculate the cost for repairing defects caused in a structure or the like. SOLUTION: Image data showing an object for evaluation, which is photographed by a camera 12 is input to an image processing part 20. The image processing part 20 extracts a defect (crack, peeling) of the object for evaluation from the image data, and computes the size of each defect. A repairing cost calculating part 22 integrates the repairing numerical quantity from the size of each defect, and multiplies the repairing cost unit price by the integrating repairing numerical quantity concerning each repairing method with reference to a repairing cost database 26 to calculate the repairing cost.
