This disclosure offers the method and the composition in order to do the assay in order to detect nuclear acid hybridization under existing of oxygen. Concretely, the ruthenium complex which possesses the restoration electric potential which does not match the restoration electric potential of molecular oxygen is disclosed, anperometori technology for the use is stated. In desirable execution form, the ruthenium complex is ruthenium (iii) penta- amine pyridine, the nuclear acid hybridization phenomenon which is detected is DNA hybridization. Furthermore, technology in order to reinforce the detection possible contrast with the nuclear acid which hybridization is done and the nuclear acid which hybridization has not been done is disclosed. Use of the target chain which concretely, was expanded, and use of the non electric charge probe chain are argued.
