PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a caller who waits for the connection of an estimated waiting time for allowing an operator to respond where a situation is considered in which the operator can respond.;SOLUTION: In a telephone device 100 having a private branch exchange (10) connected to line wires (CO1, CO2) and at least one ACD group (201) connected to the private branch exchange (10), the private exchange (10) receives an ACD incoming call transferred to the ACD group (201).
