BUTTON TELEPHONE DEVICE AND ITS OVERFLOW-CALL INFORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a button telephone device informing an operator of the generation of "an overflow call" and being capable of efficiently corresponding to a reception and its overflow-call informing method.;SOLUTION: In the button telephone device, a plurality of ACD groups 40 and 50 with a plurality of telephones 100 to 104 and 200 to 204 are connected to an in-plant exchange 30 respectively, and an empty telephone in the telephones 100 to 104 and 200 to 204 of each ACD group 40 and 50 is searched when there is an ACD reception 20 in the in-plant exchange 30 in the case of the correspondence of the operator. When there is no empty telephone, priority orders are imparted in response to the states of each telephone 100 to 104 and 200 to 204, and the generation and number of the ACD receptions 20 are indicated on an indicator 113 in a preset number of the telephones while the operator is informed of "the overflow call" by the flashing of a lamp and ringing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
