PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thin-walled component free from warpage and deformation in heat treatment, and having a uniform and high toughness, and also to provide a bearing raceway ring and a thrust needle roller bearing.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the roller bearing raceway ring is characterized in that the thin-walled component 1 is heated, and subjected to either quenching or isothermal transformation treatment by use of dies 12a and 12b as cooling media, while the component 1 is being pressed with those dies.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
