System of the inspection mannered null suffering

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method and a test agent for detecting, at a high rate, a cancer patient and a patient having a high degree of risk for cancer.;SOLUTION: It has been found that there is a remarkable difference in isozyme distribution of sugar-chain sulfated enzyme GlcNAc-6-sulfuric acid group transfer enzyme between a non-cancer tissue and a cancer or adenoma tissue. It has been made clear that the application thereof makes it possible to specifically detect cancer and adenoma (exclusive of colon cancer and colon adenoma, however) through the detection of a GlcNAc-6-sulfated sugar chain group of a definite range from the tissue of a patient or fecal matter specimen. Inspection can be performed on cancer and adenoma by using an antibody specifically generated by an enzyme existing in cancer and adenoma tissues and reacting with GlcNAc-6-sulfated sugar chains.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
