PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine support system capable of properly selecting an image file to be used without mistaking regarding whether it has an attribute of monochrome image or an attribute of color image even when the monochrome image and the color image are used after mixing, its image file managing device and image file managing program.;SOLUTION: An image file having the attribute of monochrome image in a memory means 11 is memorized in a monochrome image folder, and an image file having the attribute of color image is memorized in a color image folder. When the image file is newly incorporated in the folder selected by a folder selecting means 13 by an image file uptake means 12, whether the attribute of the image file and the attribute of the folder which is going to be memorized coincide or not is distinguished by an image attribute distinction means 14 and a folder attribute distinction means 15.
