PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer operation restriction system, a computer operation restriction method and a computer operation restriction program which can efficiently guide and regulate a user until the user executes correct operation in computer operation in a school education field or an office.;SOLUTION: A manager computer is provided with the procedures of: setting an operable area on the basis the operation of a pointing device by an operator operating the manager computer; generating restriction information for restricting the operation of the pointing device in the operable area; and transmitting the restriction information to a client computer.
