PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor apparatus to have the same current supplying capability as before, and capable of miniaturization, a module provided with the semiconductor apparatus, and portable terminal equipment provided with the module. PSOLUTION: In a transmission portion 11, an amplifier 23 and an amplifier 24 operate and supply currents 11 and 12 to a LED 10 according to a signal SRC, when a remote-controlled signal is transmitted from the LED 10, and only the amplifier 23 operates and supplies the current 11 to the LED 10, according to a signal SDA when an IrDA signal is transmitted from the LED 10. A drive current given to the LED 10 becomes higher at transmitting the remote-controlled signal than at transmitting the IrDA signal, but the transmission portion 11 can reduce the circuit area, by having a constitution to share a part of a driver for transmitting the remote-controlled signal as the driver of for transmitting the IrDA signal.
