PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key release determining system having a device for releasing a system lock having higher safety than a conventional system lock.;SOLUTION: This key release determining device 1 communicates with a plurality of distributed key devices 2 by a communication processing part 11, detects a position of the distributed key devices 2 by a position detecting part 12, determines whether or not the distributed key devices 2 exist in a predetermined position by a position determining part 13, and determines as a key release by a key release determining part 14 when the plurality of respective distributed key devices 2 exist in the predetermined position, and outputs a result of determining the key release to a predetermined computer system from a key release output part 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
