With the natural rubber latex and carbon black being dispersed, the water dispersed slurry solution which becomes the process which mixes is included, the mixed quantity of carbon black, is 10 - 100 mass sections vis-a-vis the natural rubber component 100 mass section, at the same time, carbon black, the (1)120ctab adsorption specific surface 160, (2)5024m4dbp100 and (3)75 toluene coloration permeability 95, with is production method of the natural rubber master batch which satisfies the relationship which is displayed.
