PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a data communication system having a function of presenting a reception state by using proximity wireless communication and confirming a transmission/reception state preliminarily before data transmission/reception. PSOLUTION: A transmission-side mobile terminal sends a reception state confirmation signal. A reception-side mobile terminal informs that the reception state is good in the case that this signal has such signal intensity that normal data communication is possible. The transmission-side mobile terminal sends a data transfer request. On reception of a data transfer request text, the reception-side mobile terminal determines whether data transferred from a transmission-side mobile phone can be accepted or not and sends a data transfer permission text in the case that it can be accepted.
