PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter-cloth mounting-hole sealing method which can easily and quickly carry out working for sealing a filter-cloth mounting hole arranged in bag filter equipment and working for opening the sealed filter-cloth mounting hole.;SOLUTION: The filter-cloth mounting-hole can be sealed using a hole sealing tool 10 having a flexible member 12 for sealing the filter-cloth mounting hole 32 which is formed with the same diameter or the same caliber with a filter 20 to be pull out, and the same mounting member 14 with the filter 20. In a hole sealing tool 10 to be used, a filter member equivalent to the filter 20 is preferably used as the flexible member 12.
