摘要

The present invention related to a method for crystallizing a CMY-10 being a β-lactamase with extended-substrate spectrum, a crystal of CMY-10, and a crystal structure of CMY-10. With utilization of three-dimensional structure of CMY-10 protein provided by the present invention, it is possible to develop novel antibiotics or inhibitors that can prevent an emergence of resistance bacteria appeared by plasmatic class C β-lactamases having extended-substrate specificity.
