A THRE LEVEL STACK OF FREE FLOW URBAN HIGHWAYS

The three level stack is employed in building crossings of high speed urban highways and free flow urban roads. Crossing of two high speed urban highways and free flow urban roads and securing 30 to 60 m between the outer curbs of the two local roads is provided by a three level stack where two high speed urban highways AC, CA and BD,DB cross. They include direct carriageways (3) with an unbroken dividing line (6) direct carriageways (5) with unbroken dividing line (7) and interconnectors (4). A ramp (1) is built over base level (0) for urban highway AC,CA and a subway (-1) under base level (0) for the urban highway BD,DB. The connection between urban highways AC,CA and BD,DB is made by interconnectors (4) reaching the circular crossing (10) at base level (0). Pedestrians cross through subways (8) under the circular crossing and on pedestrian walks (9) at level (0).
