A dispensarial formulation is designed for Patients with afeeciones osteomyoarticular system using Lidocaine 5% and 1% Menthol as a plausible Alternative Analgesic.Study of Drug concentrations required in the system studied, Developing the Technological process of Mixing of both components to the pharmaceutical formulation obtained is tested for Stability and biosafety according to USP XXV.An experimental research was performed Blind, prospective and descriptive to assess the Analgesic effectiveness of the use of the formulation in the treatment of patients with Pain Osteomioarticular system which met the inclusion criteria established for this Study.During the period from July 2007 to February 2008, evaluate indexes for pain relief, evolutionarily, with positive results in this study.Pain Relief was demonstrated in patients treated with This formulation dispensarial 200, which were reassessed at the end of each cycle, obtaining good results, presented the Improvement between 24 and 72 hours from the beginning of treatment.
